Puppies for sale:

After breeding 7 litters of working Labradors (three generations can be seen here) our first litter of F1 Labradoodles arrived on 21 May 2007. We kept a cream bitch, Hobbit, who can be seen at our home with her mother and grandfather and half-sister Wader.

We hold a waiting list for our puppies so that we are able to correspond, meet and get to know our potential new owners, giving advice to prepare them for the new addition to their families. This ensures that our puppies are truly wanted and that the owners know exactly what they are taking on. A Labradoodle won’t suit everyone and I will advise if it’s not the right breed for you or your circumstances.

Our web cam facility and regularly updated blog has become addictive, especially to those having reserved a puppy. From conception/scan the new owners can view the dam and sire (both owned by us) in our home and eventually the newborn puppies in their whelping box in our kitchen. The pups are identified by coloured collars from birth and named shortly afterwards. At 4 weeks of age, our second webcam follows their progress in their purpose built puppy house adjacent to our other Labradors. This ensures they are well socialised and house training commences. By 8 weeks of age our puppies accept the recall whistle and recognise the command ‘be quick’ when urinating.

Our sire is our adorable KC registered white standard poodle who has clear annual eye certificates and hip score 4/3. Biopsy 2008 histologically normal with no evidence of Sebaceous Adenitis (SA). Normal results for Von Willebrand’s Disease. He has an excellent temperament. Our Labrador bitches work as a Pets as Therapy dog (see link). They too have good hip scores and clear annual eye certificates and are KC registered.

Our puppies are home bred and well socialised. They will have experienced handling by strangers including children, examination by vet, being bathed and brushed, claws trimmed, confinement in a crate or indoor kennel, car journeys, sociable and scary sounds from a CD, water from a garden hose, running on grass, concrete and gravel and playing with other adult vaccinated dogs belonging to us.

They are wormed, vaccinated and micro chipped before leaving us.

Please ensure you have read the information on this website regarding health and FAQ's. All puppies must have excellent homes with time for individual attention and training.

Interested parties are invited to correspond or telephone for advice and information to ensure that this breed is the right one for you. Reservations can then be placed.
